FPCS is a private, 501c3 non-profit, licensed child placing agency with offices in California, North Carolina and South Carolina. FPCS believes that every child should have a loving home that is prepared to meet their needs emotionally, physically, and financially.

Since 1997 we have adapted and expanded our services to respond to the needs of children and families through education, resources, counseling, advocacy and support services.

We work with youth and their families during times of behavioral and/or emotional difficulties and empower them to identify and access available resources to address current problems. We help them learn better ways to interact with each other and their community in order to address problems in the future.

The services we provide can be enhanced by your generous donation. We thank you in advance for your consideration.
